Voice DIM: Control DIM with Your Voice

Voice DIM is a free Chrome add-on developed by mlsof21. It allows users to control the DIM (Destiny Item Manager) application using voice commands. With Voice DIM, you can transfer weapons, equip loadouts, store items in the vault, and perform various other actions without having to manually navigate through the DIM interface.

The add-on offers a range of voice commands to execute different actions. For example, you can transfer or equip a specific weapon by its name or type and energy. You can also transfer a weapon with specific perks, store a weapon in the vault, equip a loadout by name, start or stop farming mode, equip the character's max power items, and collect all items from the character's postmaster.

Voice DIM provides two convenient ways to activate voice commands. You can use a global shortcut (defaulted to Ctrl+Shift+0) or enable the Always Listening mode with the activation phrase "okay ghost". This allows you to quickly execute commands even in the midst of intense gameplay.

One notable feature of Voice DIM is its configurability. Users can customize the voice commands according to their preferences. The add-on also offers an options page where users can set up their own custom voice commands.

While Voice DIM offers great functionality, there are a few current issues to be aware of. Loadouts with numerics may not match well when requesting them, and the auto rifle "Krait" may not match accurately due to speech recognition issues. However, these issues can be mitigated by using specific voice commands.
